IT Business Analyst - Digital M/F
Mission
• Analyzing the business requirements and drafting the documentation for the implementation of IT solutions with a banking profile in the field of remote banking• Specifying the interface between the bank's applications/systems (APIs or other interface methods)• Support given to the development and testing teams• Analyzing errors and identifying ways to solve them
Profile
• Experience as an IT application analyst for over 5 years• Experience in analyzing banking software applications, especially knowledge of CRM applications• Advanced knowledge and experience with AIX, Windows operating systems and Informix or Oracle databases• Graduate of an IT profile faculty: Polytechnic University - Faculty of Automation or ASE - Faculty of Cybernetics• Knows English at least intermediate level• Able to work both individually and in a team, Agile methodology• Good level of communication (internal / external)• Knowledge of analysis tools and JIRA, Confluence tools
