Role Overview
As a key member of our team, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across our IT landscape. Your expertise will drive the design, development, and deployment of impactful systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and refine requirements.
• Evaluate the feasibility, risks, and benefits of proposed initiatives, offering
  - informed recommendations.
• Assess the impact of new business requirements on existing systems and the broader IT environment.
• Estimate the effort required for business analysis tasks.
• Convert business needs into detailed functional and
  - functional specifications.
• Contribute to solution design, support development activities, and assist with testing.
• Maintain

  - date project documentation, incorporating approved changes as needed.
• Provide stabilization support to system administrators
  - implementation.
• Conduct functional and gap analyses for new application acquisitions.
• Document detailed requirements and participate in the selection process for new solutions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proficiency in one or more SQL dialects (T-SQL, PL-SQL, DB2 SQL).
• At least 3 years of experience in business and system analysis for both projects and ongoing changes.
• Hands-on experience implementing data management solutions, such as data warehouses or reporting systems.
• Background in the financial services industry.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred Skills and Competencies

• Familiarity with data warehousing, data integration, and business intelligence (BI) technologies.
• Experience with data modeling tools, with a preference for Power
  Designer.
• Strong presentation abilities.
• Clear and effective communication skills, both with business stakeholders and IT teams.
