In a nutshell

Join us as an IT Junior Business Consultant and
- start your career in E-Commerce and IT projects! This 24-month contract offers
- on experience in an international environment - with the opportunity for a permanent position afterwards.

What you’ll do

• Assist in the configuration and customization of our E-Commerce Platform, ensuring compliance and quality across international locations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze E-Commerce related business requirements. Help translate requirements into system design specifications and ensure global alignment
• Support deployments, conduct
  - user training sessions, and provide ongoing support to internal and external stakeholders
• Participate in international projects to implement and improve our E-Commerce platform as well as different smaller projects. Assist in defining scope, objectives, and timelines, considering various stakeholder requirements and regional regulations
• Work with internal IT project teams, coordinate with external partners, and foster a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or IT technology
• Basic understanding of E-Commerce functionalities and configurations, ideally with some experience in global implementations, especially in wholesale and sales
• Interest in project management and international collaboration, ideally with some experience in managing stakeholders from diverse cultural and
  - functional backgrounds
• Good communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal stakeholders and external partners in English. German language skills are considered a plus
• Relevant certifications in project management and E-Commerce are a plus but not required
