IT Talent are looking for a IT Operations Support Engineer to join our customers team based in either Hampshire or Staffordshire depending on your preference with some remote working available. This is a permanent position paying up to £32, per annum.
6 working cycle followed by 4 days off
- 2 days Early Rota: 07:00 to 14:00
- 2 days Late Rota: 14:00 to 22:00
- 2 days of Night Rota: 22:00 to 07:00
- 4 days off
- Average of 33 worked hours per week
1st and 2nd line technical support for company and client system
You will be responsible for resolving tickets on issues such as Firewalls, email filtering, web security, endpoint detection and response products, authentication, enterprise mobility solutions, incident management & monitored systems
The role is to provide first and some
- line support. Work is handled principally by phone, remote sessions, and email with occasional site visits according to experience and skills.
