Your tasks:

• Support and optimize the global SAP HCM system for payroll (PY), time management (PT), and personnel administration (PA) specific to Romania.
• Configure and enhance SAP HCM modules in alignment with legal requirements and business needs.
• Act as an
  - house IT consultant to advise and support the HR team within the specified modules.
• Conduct key user training sessions to ensure effective system usage.
• Provide troubleshooting assistance and incident resolution support.
• Participate in various projects, such as the implementation of Success
  Factors Employee Central and software release upgrades.
• Oversee and coordinate work with external consultants.
• Collaborate on small to
  - sized projects and, where applicable, take on (partial) project management responsibilities.

Your skills:

• At least 2 years of
  - on experience in SAP HCM configuration.
• A university degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong understanding of HCM business processes, particularly in payroll and time management.
• Proven experience providing technical consulting support to business stakeholders.
• Solid experience in maintaining IT applications in a professional setting, with excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Extensive troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
