Your tasks:
- Support and optimize the global SAP HCM system for payroll (PY), time management (PT), and personnel administration (PA) specific to Romania.
- Configure and enhance SAP HCM modules in alignment with legal requirements and business needs.
- Act as an
- house IT consultant to advise and support the HR team within the specified modules. - Conduct key user training sessions to ensure effective system usage.
- Provide troubleshooting assistance and incident resolution support.
- Participate in various projects, such as the implementation of Success
Factors Employee Central and software release upgrades. - Oversee and coordinate work with external consultants.
- Collaborate on small to
- sized projects and, where applicable, take on (partial) project management responsibilities.
Your skills:
- At least 2 years of
- on experience in SAP HCM configuration. - A university degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong understanding of HCM business processes, particularly in payroll and time management.
- Proven experience providing technical consulting support to business stakeholders.
- Solid experience in maintaining IT applications in a professional setting, with excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Extensive troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills.
- High level of customer focus.
