Your day to day:

Join our dynamic Project Management team at Technology VOIS Romania! As an IT Project Lead, you will manage the full lifecycle of complex IT projects in an international matrix environment.

You will be accountable for
- time,
- budget delivery of new and enhanced products, collaborating with
- functional teams and stakeholders globally.

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:

Define scope, plan projects, and manage lifecycle phases, ensuring adherence to governance.

Lead budget management, including cost estimation, financial tracking, and reporting.

Manage design and implementation phases, including requirement gathering, solution delivery planning, and documentation.

Coordinate
- functional teams for seamless execution of deliverables.

Maintain the RAID log to identify and address risks, escalating issues as needed.

Ensure compliance with security and testing protocols for project success.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring quality and timeliness of vendor deliverables.

Establish strong communication and alignment across global matrix teams.

Oversee progress reporting, milestone tracking, and governance deliverables.

Facilitate testing, quality assurance, and project completion within agreed timelines

With these skills you are a great candidate:

Strong project management expertise with tools like PPM, MS Project, Jira, and Confluence.

Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Experience in managing international matrix teams and stakeholders.

In-depth knowledge of IT architecture and infrastructure concepts.

Certifications in Prince2, PMP, Agile, or SAFe; degree in IT or Management preferred.
