IT Project Manager (m/f/d)

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for turning complex ideas into reality? We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead transformative projects from inception to successful completion. At LEONI, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, driving projects that shape the future of our organization.

Collaboration is key, and you’ll work closely with technical teams to ensure clarity in every task and with service delivery teams to proactively identify and mitigate risks. Your ability to engage and manage stakeholders will be pivotal, as you will be the primary point of contact, ensuring their expectations are met and concerns addressed.

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets;

• Select and apply relevant project management processes, methods and tools while ensuring compliance with LEONI standards;

• Ensure adherence to established project objectives in terms of content, timeline, budget and quality;

• Partner with the technical teams to ensure the work that needs to be done is clear for all team members;

• Work with the internal service delivery teams to identify project risks and remove them;

• Identify project stakeholders and analyse their expectations;

• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, address stakeholder expectations and concerns;

• Define appropriate measures to effectively engage stakeholders in project decisions and implementation;

• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies;

• Ensure project requirements (including product requirements) are met and validated;

• Document all project content appropriately and based on specified LEONI standards;

• Report project status to relevant stakeholders on a regular basis.

• Minim 3 years of previous experience working with
- functional and geographically dispersed teams on multiple IT projects simultaneously;

• Experienced with Project Management methodology;

• Good general understanding of various IT fields and technologies;

• Strong ability to perform project control, project coordination and project risk management.

• Process & project management experience (incl. Agile delivery);

• Proficiency in project management tools (, Jira, Microsoft Project);

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;

• Strong business and IT analysis skills;

The ideal candidate will be willing to travel internationally when necessary, collaborate globally with support teams, show a willingness to learn, and have a positive and flexible attitude.
