Job Responsibilities
Manages and oversees large, long range, or multiple complex IT projects (ERPs, apps, etc)
Develops project scope, cost estimates, human resource requirements, work plans, time schedules, communication plans, and makes work assignments to meet project or program objectives.
Establishes and monitors program priorities, objectives, and procedures, determining area objectives, targets of service, and resource needs allocation.
Provides leadership and direction to the functional team so that tasks and activities are coordinated for project scope control, quality control, communication management, change control management, risk management and issue management.
What You Bring
You have a relevant academic background ( BA, MSc or equivalent ) and have worked as Project Manager on large scale Projects for more than 5 years
Experience with project management of IT projects, preferably experience with Dynamics 365 ERP implementations
Experience in implementing and maintaining a Project Management delivery model as well as being certified within Project Management (e. g. , Prince2) and Program Management (e. g. , MSP).
Several years of experience leading virtual project teams with team members from different time zones and cultures.
Solid experience in Change Management and User Adoption
Fluent in Spanish and English
