We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a plus if they have experience in SAP. This role is completely remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the entire recruiting process from receiving the requirement, posting and distributing on various portals, to onboarding the candidate to the project.
• Manage opportunities within the client to grow the account.
• Work autonomously and independently,
  - oriented.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to identify and attract top IT talent.
• Work with international clients, managing searches for global projects.

Requirements:

• High level of Spanish and English
• Over 3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Experience in SAP is a plus.
• Previous remote work experience.
• Ability to work autonomously and independently, with a
  - oriented approach.
