IT Responsible Officer
We are recruiting for our client, a multinational company based with its factory near Sibiu, IT Responsible Officer:
JOB CONTENT:
-Coordination ofinvestments and budgets regarding IT.
-Internal IT and computeruse procedures; build IT documentation and improve the IT knowledge base forend users
-IT and telecommunicationactivities of the 3 Romanian BD companies, including operation, implementation, analysis,
support, procedure development, troubleshooting and remediation.
-Cooperation with thecorporate IT department to ensure transparency between BDRO and other company
business units and Head Quarters, while takingadvantage of the scale efficiencies.
-Implement group ITsolution and strategies for computer systems (SAP, LAN, PC, telecommunication…)
-First contact for endusers to handle their IT problems, questions and requests (via phone call, faceto face, by
preference by IT service desk tool )
-Maintain contracts withcompanies and organizations that are relevant for the efficient operation ofthe IT
department.
-Coordinate with otherdepartments to assure a smooth operation and thorough understanding of the ITneeds and
opportunities.
-Responsibilities includebut are not limited to:
o Maintenance andadministration of local area network and assets to include:
§User access and support.
§Server hardware administration and maintenance.
§Network hardware equipment maintenance.
§Mobile phone support
§Perform system backups and recovery.
§Physical installation of
- and networkingequipment, network patching, backup handling…) under supervision of the groupinfrastructure manager
§Asset management
o Support computer hardwareand peripheral equipment:
§Installation, maintenance and management of thelifecycle of all end user equipment, including hardware and softwareinstallations.
§Monitor, maintain, repair, and purchase computersystems, peripheral equipment and televisions.
o Maintenance andadministration of the VOIP telephone system
§User access and support.
§Server and telephone administration and maintenance.
o Help Desk Support
§Assist end users in resolving hardware and softwareissues
§Analyze and route issues to proper IT support
§Diagnose problems and perform troubleshootingactivities
§Document, track and monitor problems via JIRA Help
