Your Tasks
- You will guide organizations through strategic IT transformations to develop innovative,
- centric solutions that have measurable business impact - You will empower project stakeholders by supporting them in planning, tracking and aligning projects and activities to strategic objectives
- You will take the lead in initiating and managing various activities and ensure careful time, budget and scope management for optimal project execution
- You will develop and implement a comprehensive quality management framework and ensure continuous improvement of project delivery while proactively minimizing risk
- Orchestrate and execute communication and stakeholder management strategies and ensure transparency and trust at all project levels
- You will bridge communication gaps and ensure a seamless flow of information between project teams, senior management and key stakeholders to drive alignment and progress
- You will provide compelling project updates and strategic recommendations to senior management, enabling informed decision making in line with overall business objectives
- You will facilitate
- functional collaboration through dynamic workshops and meetings and ensure effective resolution of project dependencies and challenges - You will act as a trusted mentor to junior team members and foster a culture of growth, knowledge sharing and excellence within the PMO team
- You will manage projects by leveraging AI to enhance e. g. resource allocation, budget forecasting, project planning & tracking or risk management
Your Profile
- Graduated with top grades in Business Informatics / Business IT, Computer Science, or an equivalent field
- Proven professional experience (3-5 years) as a IT Project Manager, or in a comparable position in an agile environment
- Experienced and certified in methodologies such as PMP, Prince2, IMPA, SAFe, Strong process management, organizational, and time management skills with attention to detail
- Empathy, communication skills, and strong team spirit
- Independent and structured way of working
- High level of service orientation and quality awareness
- High willingness to learn and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a
- paced environment - Strong IT affinity and a passion for software and AI technologies, with a keen interest in deploying AI and Gen
AI to enhance project delivery - Experience in project management on IT projects (using AI to improve project management practices)
- Good MS Office skills (Excel, Power
Point, Think
Cell, Outlook), ideally also experienced in using MS Teams - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- Willingness to travel occasionally (approximately 5-6 times a year)
