You will be part of the homegrown HR benefit and compensation platform COIN team, as the Backend Expert. Together with your team and the product owner’s from the business, you will be responsible for the global platform, performing Merit process, talent management, people administration, … As backend expert you work directly with the external consultants on the applications, bringing the best in place architecture, developments and skills into the team and coordinate with the stakeholders the lifecycle of the applications.
