Right now, we are looking for an IT Specialist who could support our systems used by Securitas Operations Center (SOC). SOC plays a central role in our proactive security strategy and uses different sources to provide preventive security. It assures you of expert security and remote services. Our dispatchers and video observers provide 24/7 alarm verification, fast and correct handling of burglary, fire and robbery reports, among other things.
Responsibilities
- Supporting global and local IT systems used by SOC.
- Maintaining documentation.
- Supporting business Implementing new solutions Installing new software and hardware components.
- Regularly evaluating IT systems to ensure they meet the necessary demands.
- Assisting with administration tasks.
- Resolving issues users have with IT systems and software.

Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Fluency in English.

Working conditions
The role is based in Securitas office in Bucharest, Romania. It's an on-site working model.
