To enrich our IT department of the Marquardt Group located in Sibiu we are looking for you as
IT support officer with German
Qualifications
Good knowledge and experience in IT processes, Windows operating system, office suite.
Knowledge and experience in the areas of Windows Server and network is an advantage.
Analytical thinking, good communication skills.
Enjoyment/interest in working in the service/support team.
Advanced knowledge of spoken and written German and English.
Responsibilities
Supervision of topics in the area:
- Active Directory,
- exchange management,
- Microsoft Windows and Office,
- Marquardt specific applications.
-1st level support / distribution of incoming calls and tickets;
-Answering / handling the calls;
-Processing the tickets according to the defined processes;
-Documentation of processes and systems (creation and maintenance of documentation according to our standards).
-Supporting the continuous improvement process within the IT environment.
