We are looking for IT System Administrator to become part of the Airbus Defence and Space Romania team.

Areas of impact:  IT System Administrator

Responsibilities:

• Supports higher level activities (requirements analysis, design, integration, verification and validation) to ensure feasibility and efficiency of the overall development.
• Combines analytical and design skills with the appropriate knowledge of software and hardware technology to define, design, generate, test, implement and modify IT systems.
• Installation, configuration and integration of hardware, software and network components according to company requirements.
• Carrying out system upgrades, patches and migrations to ensure the performance and security of the IT infrastructure.
• Diagnosis and resolution of technical problems and malfunctions related to the integration of IT systems.
• Ensuring compliance with security policies and best practices when integrating IT solutions.
• Integrates IT components elements to meet low level architecture.
• Verifies IT components elements and prepares these for
  - level integration.
• Travel outside the country (Munchen/Germany)  will be required (up to 50% of time)

Requirements:

• 5+ years working experience with IT Infrastructure.
• Proven working experience on VMware Implementation and Administration.
• Good knowledge of Cloud technologies (AWS).
• Experience with containerized Application environments and platforms (e. g. Kubernetes)
• Good knowledge in installing, configuring and troubleshoot windows and UNIX/Linux systems.
• Good knowledge of IT Hardware Infrastructure installation and configuration (e. g. Servers, Storage, SAN technologies).
• Basic knowledge of networking especially with Fortinet and Cisco products (Forti Manager,

 Forti Analyzer, Cisco WLC etc. )

• Familiar with Veeam, PRTG, Ansible, Solar
  Winds.
• Basic scripting and coding.
