We are looking for an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our VASS team in Brașov. This professional will be responsible for global recruiting with a strong focus on information technology roles at various levels of seniority.
Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle IT Recruitment: Lead the entire talent acquisition process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, selecting, and onboarding IT professionals for both public and private sectors, with a primary focus on EU institutions.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, project timelines, and resource needs, ensuring alignment with business goals and deadlines.
- Specialized Role Placement: Focus on recruiting senior IT professionals and freelancers for diverse roles, including but not limited to Application Cloud Architects, Security Management Specialists, Domain Architects, Product Owners, and Business Analysts.
- Freelancer and Contract Management: Source and manage a pool of freelance talent for
- term and
- term IT projects across various industries, adapting recruitment strategies to meet specific project demands. - HR Strategy Development: Collaborate with HR teams to identify human resource needs, develop effective talent strategies, and optimize recruitment workflows.
- Technology Expertise: Recruit specialists in technologies such as SAP, Salesforce, and other key IT solutions.
- Bootcamp Organization & Competency Development: Plan and execute training initiatives, such as bootcamps, to enhance the skill sets of existing employees and develop new competencies to align with organizational needs.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT talent acquisition, with a strong understanding of IT roles. Preferably, experience in both public sector and private sector recruitment.
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Share
Point, MS Outlook, AI, and HR software (e. g. , Cornerstone). - Familiarity with Linked
In recruiting, sourcing, and other recruitment platforms. - Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Proven track record of success in recruiting freelancers and contract workers for IT projects with tight deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers, technical teams.
- Capable of working in a hybrid setting, with occasional travel as required for team needs.
