Junior Account Manager - Croatian Speaker (Hybrid)

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Bucharest. In this role, you will manage client relationships, ensure outstanding service delivery, and foster account growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and grow assigned client accounts, acting as their main point of contact.
- Provide exceptional support in Croatian through phone, email, or chat.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and deliver solutions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and
- selling to enhance account value. - Maintain detailed records of account activities and performance.
- Drive client satisfaction, retention, and overall account success.
What We’re Looking For:
- Language Skills: Native or C2-level Croatian, with fluent English.
- Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years in call center, account management, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and related software is an advantage.
- A proactive
