Junior Consultant Project Manager with German

Your Tasks
- You will take on responsibilities in various roles, such as Business Analyst, Scrum Master, or Project Management Officer (PMO)
- You will assist organizations in (strategic) IT projects & transformations
- You will be the right hand of the project manager/scrum master and provide project support for complex IT projects
- You will help create and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
- You will coordinate project tasks and keep track of progress
- You will update stakeholders on project status regularly
- You will be involved in identifying and addressing project risks and issues
- You will gather and document business requirements
- You will work with development teams to ensure requirements are clear and implemented correctly
- You will optimize processes and workflows through modern tools, including AI
- You will maintain project documentation and templates
- You will be involved in the creation of project reports and presentations for committees
- You will support the improvement of project management processes and tools
- You will facilitate Scrum meetings and ensure the team follows Scrum practices
Your Profile
- Graduated with top grades in Business Administration, Business Informatics / Business IT, Computer Science, or an equivalent field
- Strong process management, organizational, and time management skills with attention to detail
- Empathy, communication skills and strong team spirit
- Excellent methodological skills in requirement gathering and process mapping
- High willingness to learn and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a
- paced environment - Strong IT affinity and a passion for software and AI technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- Willingness to travel occasionally (approximately 5-6 times a year)
