Gen engineer”.

Basic NSS network maintenance:

- Configures, tests and maintains basic network equipment and related services.

- Accepting TT's related to CS platforms L1 - Work orders execution and create/execute scheduled work.

- Investigates in real time and troubleshoot issues with an impact on the client.

- Repair and restore hardware or software errors.

- Follow work procedures related to activities/responsibilities from CS area.

Basic NSS network operations:

- Performs preventive actions and adjusts the performance of systems and recurring tasks.

- Is responsible for standard operations and management of the core network infrastructure and services.

- Understands the design of the affiliate network and uses the information provided in solving network problems.

- Participation to 24*7 on call duties

Specific skills:

- Technical studies (Telecom or Automatics);

- Previous experience in telecom Basic knowledge of core networks mobile or fix technologies;

- Basic knowledge of telecom protocols, architectures and IP based technologies;

- Solid knowledge in Unix operating systems and database (nice to have);

- Knowledge of Operation & Maintenance specific processes (nice to have);
