Be part of our colourful and motivated customer service team and contribute to the professional phone support of our private customers by coordinating appointments for our 130 branches in Germany and Austria. With your support you will help to continuously improve our service quality.

Job Description

• Ensures the monitoring and proper functioning of IT systems and existing equipment to enable end users to perform their tasks;
• Provides IT support and ensures helpdesk functionality for end users and business colleagues;
• Provides IT support for installing/reinstalling operating systems, software programs (Microsoft Office, various business-specific programs), network printers/multifunctionals;
• Windows 10 configurations, Routers;
• Google Workspace / Admin;
• Active Directory;
• Okta; DVR & NVR;
• Knowledge of mobile device management platforms;
• Proactive IT maintenance (preventing certain situations that may arise, backup policy, backup configuration);
• Diagnosing and replacing faulty components in laptops;
• Knowledge of ticketing/inventory systems;
• Is constantly interested in understanding in depth the activities carried out within the company, how they can be supported and developed through IT&C solutions;

Qualifications

• Higher education;
• Technical knowledge related to PC operating systems;
• Technical knowledge related to networks, computers, protocols, and standards;
• Very good knowledge of English;
• At least 3 years of experience in the IT field;
• Good interpersonal skills, eager to get involved and provide support;
• Likes to work in a team, but also independently when necessary;
• Self-taught, solves problems independently, but also knows when to ask for help from others when needed;
