
Junior Product Support Specialist
Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Junior Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will become the primary point of contact for technical support related to our ad tracking platform, a powerful server-to-server (S2S) tracking solution. This platform is used extensively in digital marketing and affiliate tracking to monitor campaign performance across multiple channels like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email, push notifications, and organic traffic.
You don’t need prior experience with this specific ad tracking platform, but you must be technically inclined and eager to learn how to use it efficiently. You’ll work closely with various teams to troubleshoot issues, ensure proper integration, and optimize tracking performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary technical support contact for the ad tracking platform.
- Assist internal teams with troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues related to tracking and data integrations.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of tracking scripts, pixels, and server-side events.
- Collaborate with marketing and IT teams to ensure accurate tracking for campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email, etc. ).
- Provide user training and technical guidance on the ad tracking platform for internal teams.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors, affiliate networks, and other partners to troubleshoot and resolve tracking discrepancies.
- Document processes, troubleshooting guides, and common issues for future reference.
- Monitor and test tracking performance to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, especially tracking methods like pixels, scripts, and server-to-server (S2S) tracking.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and/or PHP.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical issues.
- Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical teams.
- Attention to detail and a keen interest in learning new technologies.
- Experience with affiliate marketing tracking tools (preferred but not required).
