The Junior Recruiter will assist in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various positions within the company. You will work closely with experienced recruiters and hiring managers to help ensure that we bring the best talent into our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on various platforms.
• Source candidates using online databases, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation.
• Contribute to recruitment strategies and employee referral programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment and human resources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus but not required.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Schedule: 15:00-23:00
