Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist Bucharest

Your new Role

Responsibilities

• Responsible for full lifecycle recruitment in our office from Bucharest
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with departments, hiring managers and existing employees to effectively develop recruiting strategies.
• Assist with defining the hiring needs of the department by working closely with hiring managers to develop a comprehensive understanding of the business issues and priorities.
• Conduct interviews (in person, phone, Google Meet) with candidates to assess candidates' skills, experience and fit for the organization.
• Successfully source, cold call, screen and manage the interview and offer process.
• Support the HR admin team to complete appropriate paperwork (employment application, background check release form, etc. ) and comply with standard hiring procedures.

Your Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in business, psychology or similar field
• 1+ years of
  - on experience in recruitment as part of an international company.
• Proactive and
  - oriented personality with confidence and skills to communicate at senior management level
• Highly organized, a structured way of working, and the talent to inspire people
• Fluent in English and Romanian is a must, knowledge of German/Spanish/ French will be an advantage
