Key Account Manager – HVAC & Fire Protection

You will have the responsibility to manage the sales and service in the segment of Technical insulation of RW Group in Romania including technical insulation of installations inside buildings and passive fire protection of steel constructions as well as of technical installations; and OEM.

 Your team: You will be reporting to National sales manager. You will have no person under your responsibility. You will work in successful team of sales colleagues, with contacts with customer service, logistic and factory.

What you will be doing

Follow up of existing customers: dealers specialized in the segment of technical insulation;

Developing of new contacts;

Assists and supports with technical details the dealers in their efforts to push our products in the market;

Providing training and support the dealer’s sales team;

Contacts and maintains relationship with specifiers for HVAC installations & systems;

Negotiates contracts with dealers and final customers;

Following customers payment behaviour and securing payment on due time;

Contributing to marketing planning and proposing initiatives;

Secures yearly action plans with clearly defined objectives;

Secures adequate information about Romanian market, competitors and target groups;

Gathers market intelligence both on overall market development as well as on competitor's development to secure solid foundations for decision making;

Providing reports, forecasts and budget.
