The role that you willplay:

Leads the
Siemens Healthineers portfolio of products and services in his area of responsibilityto help customers taking advantage of Siemens Healthineers solutions more effectively.

Analyzes andevaluates markets (both product and services portfolio) and needs of potentialor existing customers.

Executessales targets and activities at dedicated accounts to increase sales and toachieve defined commercial targets in his area of responsibility.

Works outshort and
- term sales strategies in the field of Siemens Healthineers'Digital Health Solutions Strategy in Romania.

Promotes andsupports the Services portfolio of Siemens Healthineers.

Gets to knowthe products' portfolio's technical parameters in details and keeps thisknowledge up to date. Searching for and preparing comparisons with thecompetitors' similar products.

Coordinatesworkshops and events related to the portfolio of products and services. Supports other Account Managers with specific product knowledge (e. g. participates on customer meetings and negotiations).

Takes partin the orders and revenue business planning.

Supports theoverall assigned KAM organization and plans sales volumes and potential of keytargeted customers.

Supportsstrategic key customers' business development.

Contributesto the development of an After Sales Service that is focused on customers' needs.

Open tochanges, new challenges on the market and has entrepreneurial spirit.

What would we like fromyour side?

At least 7 -10 years working experience including shown experience handling complexbusiness relationships and working within cross functional teams/processes toachieve goals. Strong evidence of ability to build solutions across multiplepartners in complex relationships is important.

Experiencein medical equipment or any other related field 7 - 10 years.

Knowledge ofthe Romanian medical market.

University degree.

Strongnegotiation skills.

Strong
English language knowledge: German would be an advantage.

Interpersonalskills.

Businessresults and customer orientation.

Managementof change and team development.
