Job Purpose

The Key Account Specialist position acts as a bridge between Chiesi and healthcare professionals, researchers, and other stakeholders in the Neonatology & Cardiology community. The Key Account  play a crucial role in disseminating accurate and
-
- date scientific information about the company's products, therapies, and areas of research.

Work on field and in
- departmental projects, providing excellent customer service to the medical community through
- depth scientific interactions, workshops and round tables.

The right candidate must have travel availability.

Main Responsibilities

   •           Must have knowledge of relevant clinical product development and disease areas to act as a professional•           Providing high quality, accurate and timely (proactive or reactive) scientific advice to healthcare professionals on the company's products and their associated disease areas•           Organization and holding of workshops, round tables and other relevant events for the two therapeutic areas: neonatology and cardiology•           Providing support by answering specific questions regarding the use of products, clinical benefits and profiles of patients eligible for treatment•           Identifying and developing professional relationships with the healthcare community and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), in dedicated therapeutic areas •           Effective collaboration with the CX team and other colleagues who are involved in the relationship with customers to increase CX and the execution of strategy and initiatives•           Participation in training sessions and correctly administers the allocated budget•           Participation as a representative at fairs, symposia and other events in the field•           Spends 80%-90% of the activity in the field in order to be informed about the needs of the clients, the evolution of the market or any other details relevant to the business•           Participates and contributes to Marketing events or campaigns, proposes participation in
- party events•           Distributes product promotion materials to doctors, pharmacists and other key factors in the targeted areas.

Located in Bucharest

Availability to travel

At least 5 years of experience in promotion in the pharmaceutical industry  

   Higher education graduate  

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Willingness, but also good learning ability

Good ability to organize and prioritize

Ability to work independently/autonomy

Fast adaptability in changing conditions

English language at least intermediate level
