What You'll Do

• Create and launch effective email and SMS strategies
• Develop, implement and launch email and SMS campaigns and flows
• Segment audiences to ensure personalized, targeted messaging
• Collaborate with copywriter and designer
• Analyze and create monthly performance report and refine strategies accordingly
• Run A/B tests to optimize engagement rates
• Manage multiple clients within DTC/ecommerce business

Requirements

• Proven experience in Klaviyo: 2+ years of experience of executing campaigns and flows within Klaviyo, including managing technical issues.
• Detail-Oriented and Organized: Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing
  - quality, polished work. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a
  - paced environment
• E-commerce and DTC Experience: Familiarity with the
  - commerce space and an understanding of how to design for DTC brands and their audiences
• Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a
  - based, remote environment
• (bonus):  if you have experience in other platforms/apps used for SMS marketing, review and loyalty apps.
• (bonus): have experience working in an agency.
