RFT is the technology partner to the Risk divisions of Credit Risk, Market Risk and Non-Financial Risk. NFRM manages the Bank’s

Your key responsibilities:

The production support engineer reproduces incidents in a
- prod environment, performs root cause investigations for application production incidents by providing detailed code analysis and delivers the necessary resolution.

Works closely with Release Management to ensure the integrity of the bug fixes or features implemented.

Develops and documents
- based software components in accordance with requirements specification, functional and technical design documents.

Collaborate with all feature team members to prioritize production defect fixes and to complete the sprint backlog.

Provides development estimates.

Your skills and experience:

Ability to analyze business requirements, to reproduce incidents in a
- prod environment, performs root cause investigations for application production incidents by providing detailed code analysis and delivers the necessary resolution.

Ability to work effectively with senior IT and Business stakeholders.

Prior experience working with Agile software methodologies, tools (Jira, Confluence) and ticketing systems (Service
Now)

Proficient communication and English language skills (written/verbal)

Excellent team worker

Good understanding of OOP concepts

Technical skills: working experience with JAVA and development tools - build servers, version control systems, build systems (exposure to GIT, Gradle/Maven, Team City//Jenkins, Visual Studio)

Previous working experience with SQL, Postgre
SQL.

Previous experience with the tools and frameworks used for the application supported (Spring, Hibernate), Liquibase, j
Query, Angular
JS, React.

Ability to develop reusable and clean Java code aligned with architectural and design principles. Micro-services (architecture, how to build a
- service). Swagger

Basic knowledge on cloud concepts (GKE, Big
Query, Cloud SQL, GCO, Kubernetes). Familiar with Open
Shift/Fabric.

Education/Certification:

College or university with a concentration in Computer Science or Software Engineering (or equivalent)

ITIL Certification would be a plus
