We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Lead Frontend Developer to join our team. If you know what’s Next in Nuxt (speaking strictly of Java
Script libraries), like to wear Green Socks (and only switch them out for Framer Motion), and your best pal is an old git called Jenkins (no, we don’t like Jenkins either) – we are looking for you.
Bonus points if you think debugging is just a super intense treasure hunt, and you can explain complex code to a rubber duck without breaking a sweat.

- end development agency specializing in luxury hospitality websites, systems and integrations. We’ve been in the market for five years, working with brands like Dorchester Collection, Red Carnation Hotels, a few island resorts, ultra luxury ski and beach lodges in Switzerland and America, Ama River cruise and Virgin Galactic.

• 10+ years of experience in software development or demonstrable strong knowledge and expertise in building complex frontend applications.
• Working with CMS systems, Ecommerce systems.
  
• Deep knowledge of React/Next. js, including the latest features and best practices in these technologies.
  
• Familiarity with Vue/Nuxt is a plus, as we manage several legacy projects using these frameworks.
  
• Expertise in project setup, including configuring development environments and establishing efficient workflows for new initiatives.
  
• Strong understanding of the “backend part of the frontend, ” including cloud hosting (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud), CDN configuration (Cloudflare, AWS Cloud
  Front), advanced routing/redirects, and SSR/CSR techniques for optimal performance and scalability.
  
• Understand everything about web - SSR, SSG, SEO, Accessibility, Security,  Performance, Web Core Vitals, Service Workers, AMP, etc. I ran out of acronyms,  but seriously, you will need to be best friends with a lot of these concepts.
  
• Experience with API integrations, caching strategies, load balancing, CI/CD pipelines (Git
  Hub Actions), and web security best practices (CORS, SSL/TLS,  OAuth) for secure and efficient frontend delivery.
  
• Experience with animation libraries such as Framer Motion, GSAP, or other current, widely adopted technologies for creating smooth, scalable animations.
  
• Ability to lead the frontend team in organizational
  - making, ensuring alignment with company goals and delivering technical input during
  - facing or internal planning meetings.
  
• Mentor and guide junior developers, with a willingness to transfer knowledge and best practices.
