Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Act as a technical authority for the Frontend Guild, ensuring best practices and high coding standards.
• Lead frontend development efforts, providing guidance and technical direction on React-based projects.
• Develop and maintain clean, efficient, and scalable frontend code.
• Support codebase cleanup and ensure adherence to modern development practices.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to align frontend architecture with overall system design.
• Effectively communicate technical challenges and solutions to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on the latest frontend technologies, especially React, while also exploring other frameworks like Angular as a plus.
• Provide technical mentorship to Frontend developers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
• Ensure
  - quality software development through code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement.

• Experience: 5+ years with React
• Responsibilities: Lead the frontend guild as a technical authority
• Technical Skills: Expertise in React (mandatory), other frameworks like Angular are a plus
