In your new role you will:
- Collaborate with
- functional teams to define, design, and deliver
- quality software solutions that align with business objectives and industry best practices - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of senior and junior software engineers to drive individual and team excellence
- Champion best practices in software engineering, including code quality, testing, and deployment processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the team
- Drive the technical vision, strategy, and roadmap for software development, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, provide technical insights, and contribute to the architectural design and system integration of software solutions
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team, promoting a culture of learning, collaboration, and innovation

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- University degree in computer science, informatics, or a related field
- At least 7 years of
- on experience in software development, with focus on architectural design and system integration - Proven leadership and mentorship experience, with a focus on guiding and developing both senior and junior software engineers
- Expertise in modern web development frameworks (e. g. Angular, React, Node. js, ASP. NET Core),
programming languages and database technologies - Strong understanding of cloud technologies, containerization and orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Open
Shift) - Proficiency in agile methodologies, Dev
Ops practices and CI/CD pipelines - Fluent English language skills
