We are seeking an accomplished and
- thinking Senior Staff Software Engineer to join our team supporting R&D test & verification management solutions. In this key role, you will leverage your expertise to guide and mentor both senior and junior software engineers, drive technical excellence and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. In your new role you will:

• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to define, design, and deliver
  - quality software solutions that align with business objectives and industry best practices
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of senior and junior software engineers to drive individual and team excellence
• Foster best practices in software engineering, including code quality, testing, and deployment processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the team
• Drive the technical vision, strategy, and roadmap for software development, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, provide technical insights, and contribute to the architectural design and system integration of software solutions
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team, promoting a culture of learning, collaboration, and innovation
• Maintain and continuously improve the overall software architecture for optimized availability and scalability of the solution

• Degree in computer science, informatics, or a related field (Bachelor/Master)
• 7+ years of
  - on experience in software development with a focus on architectural design and system integration
• Expertise in modern web development frameworks (e. g. Angular, React, Node. js, ASP. NET Core), programming languages and database technologies
• Strong programming skills in C# (version 8 or later) and
  - on experience with Blazor development, HTML, and CSS
• Strong background in working with relational databases like MSSQL
• Proven leadership and mentorship experience, with a focus on guiding and developing both senior and junior software engineers
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, containerization and orchestration tools (e. g. Kubernetes/Open
  Shift)
• Experience in performance engineering, scalability, stability, and optimization of applications and infrastructure
• Proficiency in agile methodologies, Dev
  Ops practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Fluent English language skills. Basic German language skills would be an advantage
