We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer, for one of our clients and your primary responsibility will be to mentor and guide development teams, helping them enhance their skills, grow professionally, and deliver impactful software products. You will play a critical role in fostering a collaborative and
- thinking work environment, shaping engineers' career paths. While the focus will be on empowering the technical teams, you'll also take the lead on
- level technical decisions, influence the technical direction of projects, and contribute to the development and implementation of key features. This role is ideal for someone passionate about both leadership and driving technical excellence within a team.

What you'll be doing:

• Conduct code reviews, promote best practices, and mentor team members to enhance their skills.
• Provide technical guidance and direction, ensuring team members are aligned with business goals and best practices.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and establish clear career development plans.
• Keep the team updated on emerging tools, trends, and methodologies in the tech industry.
• Lead the development and implementation of new software solutions.

Who you are:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of software development experience with

• Proficiency in React, React Native, Node. js, or other similar frameworks.
• Proven track record in mentoring, supporting and improving engineering teams.
• Excellent
  - solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to make sound technical decisions.
• Strong communication skills in English, with a collaborative mindset.
