- cultural team of over 3000 employees  WHAT YOU BRING    As a Lead Software Engineer, you will be responsible for leading a team of offshore developers through the agile development lifecycle. You will be working closely with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and help translate these into technical requirements for the development team. Additionally, you will be mentoring junior team members and ensuring they adhere to determined software quality standards by helping them write testable, scalable and efficient code.     Essential Duties and Responsibilities:   Build highly interactive

S environment, in Ruby on Rails and React.   You are comfortable leading and / or managing teams of remote developers.     You have delivered and supported commercial, enterprise software.    You have extensive full stack development experience and have proficiency in a modern programming language (e. g. Ruby, Java, Typescript).    You are
- oriented,
- motivated and able to be successful in a
- driven,
- paced, dynamic environment.    You possess excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills   You're a tinkerer at heart with an innate ability to solve tough programming problems.    You have a deep understanding of
- oriented or functional programming design paradigms.     You have strong practical experience building RESTful microservices,
- based distributed systems.    You have a good understanding of the system architecture, and
- complexity
