As a Level 2 Learning Support Specialist, you will engage with LMS (Cornerstone) users from Orange around the world, handle and monitor Level 2 tickets to ensure smooth utilization of the platform.
You will also work closely with different technical experts and business stakeholders, have visibility on projects and new releases on the platform, being an active part of our learning ecosystem and implementing the Group’s learning strategy.
- Handle technical issues on different support channels (written channels)
- Providing instructions and guidelines
- Following up on tickets until resolution or escalation to Level 3 support
- Reporting all
- cases and
- actively make suggestions for improving the solution
- Support reporting and data analysis needs
- Advanced French and English language skills
- Awareness of Cornerstone or another LMS would be a plus
- Demonstrate technical skills and ability to quickly learn new tools
- Attention to detail and quality
- Ability to liaise with clients and stakeholders in different working context
- Customer centricity
- Excel knowledge and data oriented
