What You’ll do:

• Perform Corporate Governance activities: drafting and managing the statutory legal documents of the tbi entities, corporate documents, decisions of the management, including registration/notification/approval, as well as with other authorities and public institutions;
• Perform registration with the Trade Registry Office of the new agencies, decisions of the management, amendments to the Articles of Association of tbi entities, etc. and notifications to NBR if case;
• Provide legal assistance in network establishment: review of the rental agreements, drafting legal documents for opening / closing tbi agencies;
• Provide legal assistance for review of the agreements with suppliers;
• Assure relationship with the police, prosecutor, similar bodies, obtaining and providing them documents and information as per their request;
• Manage the correspondence & archive of Legal Department;
• Perform other legal activities allocated by the manager.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Faculty of law – graduate;
• Minimum 3 years expertise in banking/financial sector, with good experience in drafting contractual and procedural documents;
• General knowledge of financial sector general legislation, civil and commercial legislation, NBR regulations;
• Proficiency in English spoken & written.
