About the Role:
We are looking for a Legal Counsel to handle corporate & commercial legal issues in an international software business setting with operations in Europe, USA and Latin America. The position will report to the General Counsel (Head of Legal).
The Quest:
- company arrangements, strategic alliances
- how, cease and desist letters
- specific regulations to assess impact on business and assist in preparation and implementation of compliance measures
- functional legal support to the various departments and teams in the company
The Skills:
- border business transactions and international law aspects, including partnerships, M&A deals, strategic alliances, joint ventures
- functional advice to different departments and teams, and reporting to head of department
