The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Providing legal support for the company's operations in Romania.
- Analyzing and drafting legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Ensuring the company’s compliance with Romanian legislation.
- Liaising with government authorities, notaries, courts, and other institutions.
- Advising management and employees on legal matters.
- Representing the company’s interests in court and administrative proceedings
- Assessing legal risks and developing strategies to mitigate them. .
The Profile
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Romanian legislation.
- Experience in contract law and negotiations.
- Experience in communication with government authorities.
- Language proficiency: Ukrainian/Russian and Romanian or Romanian and English.
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, high level of responsibility, and excellent communication skills.
