Responsibilities: Provide legal advice and guidance on all aspects of the companies’ operations, covering both

- day and strategic business affairs, with an emphasis in areas such as Offer legal assistance in areas such as Commercial and Real Estate matters, ensuring full legal compliance. Draft and review a wide range of contracts, including real estate acquisition agreements and supply contracts for products and services. Oversee contract management processes. Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks. Proactively communicate with management, proposing effective legal strategies. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Management, Finance, and Operations teams, to address legal concerns and minimize risks. Provide updates on legislative and regulatory changes that may impact E-INFRA Group and insights on potential business implications. Skills and qualifications: Minimum 8 years of professional experience as a lawyer. Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
