Job role

Local MSDynamics PMO will be working on implementation, adoption and optimization of the MSDynamics requirements across Romania location, and keeps tight collaboration with Global team, working end to streamline operations, enhance efficiency and drive continuous improvement in AZ Services.

What you will do

• Undergo formal training from Service Management and facilitate training (Roadshows) for the end users in their respective delivery Center. Communication bridge with the Divisional SPOCs and approvers for end – to - end platform trainings
  - ups/”Ask me” sessions
• Serve as the primary point of contact for RO location and for business division SPOCs, escalating to Service Management Team issues that are not solvable by Divisional SPOCs
• Be the first point of contact for troubleshooting and support related to tool. Guide the user to raise incident via helpdesk if not able to solve the issue internally
• Collaborate with the Global Service Management team, share feedback and best practices and participate in the ‘Ask me’ sessions
• Act as Change Agents, drive and support the cultural shift that comes with the adoption of new systems
• Keep communication with Central team (Service Management Team)
• Share news about platform, monitor incidents/reporting
• Active role in collecting requirements for new solutions from business, change requests implementation and successful testing
• Manual master data updates, data reconciliations and clean – ups when necessary, active contribution
• Track and Monitor leaver and joiners and inform Global Service Management Team to reallocate access accordingly
• Monitor User progress and adoption Metrics and drive understanding of the
  - end Service Management process and its flow in MS Dynamics

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree
• Min. 4-6 years of experience in digital solutions (Adonis, Ado
  IT, Microsoft applications or low code - no code platforms)
• Good understanding of regulatory environments and contracting and billing process
• Previous experience in MSDynamics or similar solution is a plus
• Team player who takes responsibility and seeks impulses for innovation.
• Deep understanding on AZ Services Business Model and AZ Group`s Business Process
• Well-developed social skills and
  - cultural experience;
• Ability to work with high fragmentation;
• Strong coordination and communication abilities; Fluent in English
• Good proficiency in Excel, Power
  Point, Visio (Ms Office suite)

You have

• Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics and execution roadmap
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to constructively collaborate with various stakeholders in headquarter as well as in regions.
• Previous experience in business related functions (e. i. Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management, Digital / Tech etc. ) is a plus.
