You are familiar with the services and licensing models of Microsoft 365 and have extensive experience in the Microsoft Workplace environment.

You enjoy maintaining and developing customer relationships.

You have a keen interest in continuously developing your professional and technological knowledge.

Strong knowledge of M365 applications, including Share
Point, Teams, Exchange Online, and One
Drive.

Excellent analytical and
- solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in English and German.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to
- technical stakeholders.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently.

Possession of relevant Microsoft certifications are a big plus, such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.
