Who You Are

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 Migration Engineer who combines strong technical expertise with excellent communication and documentation abilities. The ideal candidate will lead complex migration projects while maintaining clear communication channels with stakeholders and producing
- quality documentation. Projects include Google Workspace to M365 transitions,
- premises to cloud infrastructure migrations, and M365

- tenant migrations.

What You’ll Do

- Plan, document, and execute various types of migration projects:
- Google Workspace to Microsoft 365- Exchange On-premises to Exchange Online- M365

Point On-premises to Share
Point Online- Lead client workshops and technical discovery
- Conduct detailed technical assessments and present findings to
- Create comprehensive migration documentation, including:
- Technical design
- Migration
- Risk mitigation
- User communication
- Knowledge transfer
- Develop and implement migration strategies with minimal operational
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout project
- Conduct effective status meetings and progress
- Manage environment coexistence during
- Configure and optimize Microsoft 365
- Implement security and governance best
- Provide
- migration support and knowledge transfer Qualification(Must Have) - Minimum 5 years of Microsoft 365 administration
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert certification Proven experience in: - Exchange migrations (On-premises and online)- M365

Shell proficiency for
