Maintenance Contract Administrator
Key responsibilities:
-Accountable to create and update equipment and customer master data based on requests from Sales Persons and Maintenance Supervisors
-Accountable to create free service contracts on time based on NEB milestone
- up (at latest at the time of NEB equipment handover to customer)
-Accountable to create service contracts on time based on requests from Sales Persons.
-Accountable to create construction time use contracts on time based on requests from Sales Persons.
-Accountable to inform Maintenance Administrator about new contract creation to trigger maintenance plan creation.
-Accountable for 24/7 user creation.
-Accountable to maintain and update all contract data based on requests from Sales Persons.
-Accountable to cancel maintenance contracts (including lost information) based on requests from Sales Persons.
-Responsible to update escalation indices and formulas based on SEB director decisions
-Accountable to escalate contract prices based on indices and formulas (if no management involvement is required) or based on management decisions (if management involvement is required) and to communicate the results to Sales Managers for approval. Also accountable to create letters to customers, when required.
-Accountable for the accuracy and consistency of all equipment, customer and contract master data (checking, monitoring, requesting missing information and correcting the data)
-Accountable to communicate and clarify any open questions with Sales and other relevant internal customers.
-Accountable to assign the right maintenance profile to any new or modified contracts, to any equipment where the technical characteristics have been updated and to any equipment where the change of traffic conditions (evolution of start counter) leads to a new profile assignment.
-Accountable to propose and to define new maintenance profile, based on the equipment technical characteristics, that will be valid for the organization.
-Responsible to maintain the “technician to equipment” assignment, based on supervisor decision.
-Accountable for the creation of the maintenance visits based on the schedule, and for the their distribution to the technicians (if no electronic dispatching)
-Accountable to monitor, check and correct the accuracy of
- mail customer notifications, resending them when necessary.
-Accountable for running the monthly contract billing.
-Accountable for psr/dmr billing management.
-Complaint management.
-Responsible for service banking guarantees.
-Accountable for cls process.
