The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the Healthcare Industry , coupled with IT consultancy expertise. You will collaborate with clients to solve complex business challenges, drive digital transformation, and deliver innovative IT solutions tailored to their needs. Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement & Advisory Collaborate with healthcare clients to assess their business needs and recommend strategic solutions. Conduct workshops and brainstorming sessions with stakeholders to identify improvement areas and IT-enabled opportunities. Advise on industry best practices and emerging trends in electronic health records (EHRs), patient care systems, and healthcare compliance. Solution Delivery & Execution Develop comprehensive roadmaps for digital transformation and technology adoption in healthcare. Translate clinical and administrative requirements into technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with client goals. Project Management Manage

Thought Leadership Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements in healthcare IT. Develop whitepapers, case studies, and thought leadership material to position the company as an industry leader. Represent the company at industry conferences, workshops, and webinars. Qualifications & Skills: Education Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, IT, or a related field. MBA or equivalent master’s degree is preferred. Experience 5+ years of consulting experience within the healthcare domain, ideally in an IT services environment. Proven track record of delivering IT-enabled transformation projects in hospitals, clinics, or life sciences organizations. Technical Skills Strong understanding of healthcare technologies (EHRs, patient portals, compliance systems).
