The Role:

As a Department Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing and leading your team to achieve exceptional results. You will:

• Effectively lead, support, and inspire your team to consistently achieve and exceed performance targets, fostering a
  - performing and collaborative work environment.
• Take full ownership of driving the sales success of a specific department, meticulously executing product orders, closely monitoring goal achievements, and conducting insightful competitor analysis to capitalize on market trends.
• Ensure seamless operations and adherence to the brand's internal standards throughout the store, implementing best practices and maintaining an impeccable shopping experience for customers.
• Proactively explore, analyze, and present creative and
  - driven solutions to optimize sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and cultivate a loyal customer base, contributing to the overall growth and success of the store.

About You:

We're looking for dynamic individuals with the following qualifications and skills:

• A proven track record with extensive experience in a similar retail industry role.  
• Demonstrated success in effectively managing teams with a collaborative and supportive approach.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills combined with strong analytical capabilities.
• Outstanding organizational abilities and confident
  - making.
• Passion for fashion and a genuine desire to share knowledge with others.
• Adaptability and availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
• Proficiency in Romanian and English (communicative level).
