We are all each other’s clients. Key Responsibilities Calendar Management: Proactively organize and schedule internal meetings and events, demonstrating a keen understanding of business priorities. You will be responsible for efficiently managing extremely complex calendars and coordinating internal and external commitments. Administrative Support: Process timesheets, expenses, and invoices promptly and accurately, ensuring all financial matters are handled in a timely manner. You will also provide backup support to other senior stakeholders as needed. Reconciling budgeted expenses against partner coop funding, as well as ensuring that all funding requirements are met, documented and communicated on a monthly basis. Confidentiality: As a key member of the team, you will handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion. Research and Problem Solving: Conduct research and gather information to help the team effectively
- solve and make informed decisions. Client Team Materials: Assist in the creation and preparation of various client team materials, including slides, proposals, and onboarding decks. Your role will also involve proofreading and copying/binding documents.
