The Role

We are looking for a talented Marketing Designer to join our dynamic marketing team and play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our brand.

As a Marketing Designer at Flow
X. AI, you will be responsible for defining and implementing our brand's visual identity across all channels. Reporting to the marketing team, you will have a significant impact on how our prospects and the world perceive and interact with our brand.

What you'll do:

• Brand Style Guide: Develop and maintain a comprehensive brand style guide that ensures consistency across all visual assets and communications.
• Website Design: Lead the design of our company website, ensuring it reflects our brand's
  - forward, innovative, and professional image.
• Marketing Collateral: Design various marketing materials including sales decks,
  - pagers, and other company collateral that align with our brand’s messaging and goals.
• Creative Direction: Shape the visual narrative of our brand by creating compelling, cohesive designs that resonate with our target audience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure all design work meets the company's strategic objectives.
• Tool Proficiency: Utilize design tools such as Figma, Canva, and other software to create
  - quality visuals that align with our brand standards.

Experience & skill set you need to succeed:

• Background in UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in Figma, Canva, and other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a
  - paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with
  - functional teams.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually stunning designs.
• Previous experience in a
  - forward environment is a plus.
