Job description 

We are seeking a motivated Marketing Specialist to strengthen our international Product Marketing department. In this dynamic role, you will contribute to the complete marketing mix for various international B2B software products including creating content for our product websites, social media channels, trade shows, collateral pieces, and much more. The emphasis is clearly on specialization in the creation of video content (mainly screen recordings) and graphics design (e. g. collaterals like PDFs, infographics etc. ). You will work in an international team with team members from Romania, Germany, Sweden, and the USA with the goal of promoting our products as best as possible.

Responsibilities 

• Graphic design: Create appealing layouts for infographics, brochures, data sheets, and other collateral pieces to ensure that all marketing materials align with the company’s branding guidelines and visual standards.  

• Video creation: Create engaging video clips about the various features of our software products to explain and promote them to our target audiences.  
• Further content creation & management: Write, edit, and update engaging content for websites, blogs, newsletters, and other formats.  
• Market research: Conduct investigative research to gather market insights, identify new opportunities, improve marketing strategies, and analyze data to enhance campaign effectiveness.  

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing or related roles.  
• Knowledge of Word
  Press, graphic design software (e. g. Adobe Illustrator & In
  Design), and video editing software (e. g. Adobe Premiere, Tech
  Smith Camtasia).  
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with excellent command of English.  
• Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns and content.  
• Analytical skills to interpret marketing data and adjust strategies accordingly.  
• Organized and
  - oriented, with a
  - driven mindset.
