As a vendor scheduler the main objective is to check periodically and assure the scheduled deliveries with the allocated suppliers so that the plant production plan can be respected and the customer demand covered on time.

Responsibilities:

Demand Management & Logistic activities:

Check periodically (weekly/ daily) the scheduled deliveries with suppliers from the portfolio;

Check daily deliveries from suppliers according to the delivery schedule and as planned transport for its own portfolio of suppliers;

Know and works with specific planning tools MPS, MRP, Sequencer;

Check the accuracy of information of commercial invoices and other documents accompanying the goods in transit;

Observes the delayed deliveries and ensure its alignment to the target;

Follow their tracks throughout the supplier until the entry into production;

Customer Management and performance monitoring:

Pursuing activities related indicators daily (KPI).

Reports and tracking supplier’s performance indicators of the department;

Internal alignment and collaboration:

Check the delivery schedule set by the Global Vendor Planner and signal supply problems;

Together with the Global Vendor Planner develops and seek for recovery plans from suppliers;

You need:

BS / BA University Degree (mandatory);

Minimum 2 years experience preferable in automotive/ oil & gas/ manufacturing sectors in a analytical position.

English proficiency level;

MS Office package knowledge (Excel - advanced level, Power Point Presentations – advanced level);

Minimum 1 year experience in SAP (MM & SD).
