Mission

Reporting to the Mechanical and Electrical Director, you will ensures the integration of data in the field of Electricity or HVAC + SPK, in the Design and Construction phases of the project. You will contribute the competitiveness of the offers by measuring risks in view of optimising the design, leveraging the supply chain and improving the group's methods & making them more reliable.

Main assignments :

• You will manage bidding and purchasing activities within the field of electrical and mechanical engineering, on major installation projects, and be able to participate to the design phase.

• You will be responsible for the thermal and electrical aspects of the project at all phases: call for tenders, detailed study, DCE, analysis of tenders, technical and financial adjustment, purchasing.

• You will provide estimating of the work packages within his/her scope

• You will coordinate the various parties involved in the project: concessionaires, external design offices if necessary in order to ensure the technical and economic robustness of the design but also its regulatory compliance.

Profil

The successful candidate must be fluent in Romanian and English.

With a Master’s degree in engineering or similar, you possess technical skills acquired with 10 years’ experience in an electrical or HVAC engineering installation company, general contractor or design office

Rigourous and organized, you have very good knwoledge of the market, the local pricing and the local clients/suppliers and subcontractors. . .
